I ran the Keto life pretty hard last year and wanted to share my experience! This diet macros was low carbs moderate protein and high in healthy fats. Standard Keto diet. I started by following the Adkins 20 plan which essentially is Keto. I did this because it was much easier to use there premade meals to get my portion control in check. Once I got that in line I moved to meal prepping 3 times a week. Chicken and green beans were my go to. I stayed between 1500-1200 calories and kept my carbs down to 40-50g a day. The power of Keto is real as the results were astounding in just a short five months. Keep in mind this was done with no alcohol consumption and very strict diet - NO cheat meals.
